1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team via email, phone, or our website’s contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for processing your return or exchange.
- Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange and any relevant details about the item.
3. Shipping Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Processing Returns and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative solution.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your request.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. International Returns:
- For international orders, please contact our customer service team to understand specific return and exchange procedures. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
8. Delivery & Returns:
- Our delivery timeline is 4-21 working days for all products, most of the products are shipped within the timeline. In case an item is out of stock we require 20 working days to re-stock and deliver the products. All products are handcrafted in our own manufacturing facility in New Delhi, India.
- NicheCrafts does not have a cancellation policy as all orders are handcrafted & made to order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
